Visine aside, there isn’t much you can do to mask red, tired-looking eyes, or make them appear perkier and brighter after a late night. However, a soft white or baby peach eyeliner (or lipliner) can work wonders along the inner rim of the lower lid. Navy blue liner applied to the top lashline can also make eyes look wider and whiter, whereas black liner looks harsh and actually makes eye irritations stand out.
